Process serving is essentially legal proof that documents have been delivered to the intended recipient within a specified time frame. You can serve any legal document, such as court summons, divorce petitions, statutory demands and injunction orders to list but a few.

Once the documents have been served, we can provide an Affidavit, Certificate of Service or Statement of Service
